1. Punctuality is essential, and students are expected to arrive on time; late entry will not be permitted after 5 minutes of the school's commencement time.
2. Students suffering from infectious or contagious diseases will not be permitted to attend school until fully recovered.
3. Fee can be deposited on quarterly basis by 15th day of the first month of that quarter. If fee is not deposited before the due date, late fee of ₹500 /- will be charged per month as late fee.If fee and fine are not paid for three consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls without giving any notice.
4. The use of kajal, mehndi, and other forms of ornamentation, including jewelry or expensive watches, use of makeup, hair gel, hair colour, fancy accessories for hair, and other kinds of accessories, and tattoos are strictly prohibited.
5.Students are not permitted to leave their classrooms without obtaining a class outpass issued by the school authorities.
6. Students are not allowed to meet visitors during school hours, and tiffin boxes, bottles, or medicines will not be delivered to students under any circumstances.
7. Posting derogatory remarks or photographs on social media platforms is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination from the school.
8. The school shall not be held liable for any unforeseen accidents, illnesses, or mishaps occurring within the school premises or during school trips.
9. Effective communication is essential, and students are expected to converse in English during school hours and while using the school bus; parental cooperation is appreciated in promoting English language skills.
10. The Principal's decision regarding promotion or detention is final and binding.
11. Students availing the school transport service must adhere to the rules and regulations; transport fees are charged for 12 months, and the service cannot be discontinued mid-session.
12. Transport fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
13. The Identity Card is a compulsory part of the school uniform and must be carried to school daily.
14. Students are expected to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness, and be neatly dressed at all times.
15. Disobedience, disrespect, or immoral behavior towards teachers or peers will be addressed seriously and may result in dismissal.
16. The possession or distribution of objectionable literature or materials is strictly prohibited, and the use of cell phones and other electronic gadgets is not allowed within the school premises.
17. Bursting crackers, spattering colors, and playing absurd games within the school premises are strictly banned, and students indulging in such behavior may face disciplinary action.
18. The school will address each student's behavior with the purpose of discipline in mind, strengthening positive behavior to enable students to cope with situations effectively.
19. Trousers with low waist and narrow bottoms are restricted.
20. Boys are expected to maintain short hair and trimmed beards, while girls are expected to dress long hair in plaits.Maintain clean short nails. Long nails, nail enamel and nail art are prohibited.
21. Movement within the school corridors should be orderly and silent, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
22.Transport fee is revised from 01 July 2024 onwards. Those who wish to avail Transport Facility may contact the school Transport Incharge.
Transport fee is to be paid on or before 15th of the 1st month of every Quarter as the case may be.If the fee is not paid by the due date, a late fee of Rs. 250/- per month will be applicable and the student will not be permitted to use the school transport starting from the following day.
23. As per CBSE norms, 75% Attendance is required to appear in Annual/ Board Examination. In view of the same the school has introduced a new policy wef 01 July 2024, especially for the students of class IX to XII. The school grants three leave in a month duly sanctioned by the principal in case of health issues or any unavoidable circumstance after the submission of Doctor’s Prescription. If a child takes more than 3 leave in a month, his/her name is liable to be struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only at the discretion of the Principal.
24.Maintaining a safe and healthy environment is crucial, and the school reserves the right to take necessary measures to prevent the spread of illnesses.
25. The school reserves the right to modify or amend school rules and regulations as necessary, and parents and guardians are expected to cooperate with the school in promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
